STORY
Jack's Wood Fired Oven is known for its authentic, European-style, hand-crafted pizzas. Jack's Valoriani oven comes from the hills of Central Italy and is fueled by a maple-wood fire. Reaching temperatures in excess of 1200°, our oven gives Jack's signature crust its smokey flavor and crispy texture.

At Jack's, we use the freshest ingredients we can find. We cut our own meats and vegetables, make our own sauces, and custom create each pizza to order. Jack's pizza dough is made daily from locally milled, organic flour. Nothing is pre-made and re-heated, pre-packaged or served out of a box or can. Jack's also offers a variety of freshly made garden salads and soups, along with delicious pasta, house-made appetizers and decadent desserts.

Jack's has been locally owned in beautiful downtown Logan since 2009. We hold ourselves to a high standard and hope you will do the same.
